My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham could have been better because there were a few issues with handover/post handover which I had emailed as soon as I returned home from collecting the vehicle (I did try to ring but I picked the vehicle up just before close on a Friday). I waited until the Tuesday for a response which I then had further questions on. I still have not received a response after I needed further clarification so I’ve not been able to agree a plan of actioned to rectify the issues which includes a damaged tyre. Mistakes happen, however I’m not satisfied with how it’s been dealt with because it hasn’t.

My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham could have been better because the management staff did admit that they fell on their faces on the handover. It did take the gloss on getting a new car.
